Ireland Canada University Foundation (ICUF)
Since its foundation in 1993, it has been the core aim of ICUF to support the relationship between Canada and Ireland, by supporting scholarly exchange between these countries.  The ICUF is a not-for-profit organizations established for the purpose of encouraging and facilitating academic links between institutions and scholars in both Ireland and Canada. Canadian institutions include Concordia University, University of St. Michael's, St. Mary's University, McGill University and Dalhousie University.  

The Jim Flaherty Memorial Scholarship will be established in 2015 through the partnerships of both governments and the generosity of private donors and corporations.
